
Project Administration Officer

**The Company**:
A market leader in the commercial and industrial door industry.
**The Role**:
Working closely with the projects team in order to run projects in the most efficient manner possible. Duties include:
- Running projects ranging in value from $20k to $1 million+ (once experienced)
- Computer-based tasks including data entry, documentation and scheduling
- Ensuring all order details are signed off by client prior to putting into manufacture
- Processing orders in the in-house system
- Updating production schedule
- Following up production enquiries from customers
- Ordering of materials as required
- Ensuring all variations are signed off by client prior to proceeding with manufacture
- Responsible for filing of own paperwork
- Attending site as required
- Other duties as directed by Sales and General Managers
**The Person**:
It goes without saying you are an excellent communicator and a confident and proficient computer operator. You enjoy working in a busy team environment, are highly organised, have a high attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
NOTE: Hybrid opportunity is not available during training period, however
this may be up for discussion in the future.
