- We are currently seeking confident administration officer who can work together with a team of friendly health care professionals and staff to provide exceptional service to their busy environment.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Residence Manager with rostering
- Completion of fortnightly payroll via Humanforce rostering system
- Working with HR to onboard new staff members and offboard staff ie documentation and processes
- Auditing and maintenance of compliance
About you:
- Have experience in rostering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Neat and professional presentation
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner
Full COVID vaccination and booster to have been received as part of the Aged Care legislation. A requirement to wear a face mask (always provided by to you by the company) whilst on site. Ability to be police checked as part of the Aged Care legislation.
