Flatline Demolition is fully licensed with the Victorian Building Authority (Limited Licence) and holds Class B Asbestos Removal and Electrical/Mechanical Licences, supported by $20 million in Public Liability Insurance.

Our services include full and partial demolition, asbestos removal, commercial strip-outs, and detailed internal works — all completed in-house to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes.

**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to support both the Managing Director and Operations & Compliance Director in the day-to-day running of the business.

This is a part-time, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety — from managing admin and scheduling to assisting with quotes, payroll, and social media updates. Experience with writing construction or demolition tenders and quotes will be highly regarded.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and follow-up communications
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
- Prepare and send client quotes, track responses, and maintain records
- Assist with invoicing, expenses, and general accounts admin
- Manage supplier and subcontractor documentation (licenses, insurances, compliance)
- Process payroll and maintain employee records (experience with Xero or MYOB ideal)
- Coordinate social media updates (LinkedIn and basic marketing tasks)
- Maintain company templates, project documentation, and photos
- Support Directors with reporting and general business organisation

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or management
- Experience writing construction or demolition tenders and quotes (advantageous)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with construction, demolition, or trade-based environments
- Experience with payroll systems (Xero, MYOB, or similar) - advantageous
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools (Canva, LinkedIn, etc.)

- **Hours**: Part-time (flexible schedule - approx. 2-3 days per week)
