Office Administration

We are a growing Building & Construction firm seeking a reliable and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This position is for a 6-month contract with the potential for the role to transition into a permanent position if required.
Requirements:
Experience in the building & construction industry – understanding of industry-specific financial processes is highly preferred.
Experience with Buildxact – preferred but not essential.
Experience with asset companies and telecommunications – preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills – ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Willingness to learn – adaptable to new systems and procedures.
Reliable and hardworking – attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Team player – works well with others and contributes to a positive office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
