Due to growth in our Commercial Project department we are currently seeking a vibrant & energetic Office Administrator, who likes a challenge, is honest & reliable.
The duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Primary contact for incoming calls and leads.
- Communicating with customers, on road technicians, sub contractors and managers regarding work in progress.
- General administrative tasks - raising purchase orders, creating work orders, creating spreadsheets, stocktake on the factory inventory etc.
- General Administration – Handle administrative tasks including ordering equipment & materials, booking company car services, arranging events, and securing accommodation for staff when required.
- Defect within DLP and outside DLP – Liaise with clients to arrange access for defect rectification. Coordinate ordering of required materials (e.g. replacement faulty units) and schedule labour to complete rectification works.
- DLP Maintenance – Monitor Defects Liability Period (DLP) schedules for all projects. Follow up service department to complete required maintenance within the DLP timeframe. Prepare and send DLP maintenance reports to clients once no further issues are identified.
- Monitor BG's/ Retentions with Accounts Team.
- Assisting with regular Debtors meetings.
- Documentation & Handover – Organise, and issue handover documentation including but not limited to Certificates of Compliance, Commissioning reports, O&M manuals; Submitted within project deadlines.
- Manage timesheets and run sheets for on road Staff.

- License & own vehicle.
