
Office Administrator

**Job description**:
The Office Administrator will be tasked with the processing of orders, basic quoting and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, with occasional support in packing and despatch.
**Duties of the role**:
- Enter basic sales orders
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date
- General quotes
- Stock adjustments
- Enter local purchases and other basic accounting duties
- Occasionally may be required to book in of orders for despatch, and assist with basic packing duties such as labelling and packaging
**Required skills**:
- Experience in MYOB accounting software is preferred
- Moderate familiarity with Excel would be beneficial, but not essential
