Located in the South Eastern suburbs in an open plan office space, with 5 people within the Finance team, this is an opportunity to showcase your excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.

**Your Role**

Our client are looking for an Invoicing/Accounts Payable Officer to join their team for a 3 month fixed term contract. Immediate start
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will undertake all areas of Accounts Payable, including:

- Matching invoices to supplier purchase orders
- Accurate goods receipting of invoices
- Good receipting of incoming invoices
- Inputting invoices and related documents into customer portal
- Updating supplier information
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- providing exceptional customer service
- General administrative tasks

**About You**

You will be an Accounts Payable Officer with previous experience in a similar role. Bringing a high level of organisation, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have proficient data entry and attention to detail as well as an ability to pick up new systems quickly Previous experience using SAP is adventageous however not essential.
You will have excellent time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be required to start immediately, contract to start ASAP. You will have Christmas leave from the 22nd of December and return on the 2nd of January.
