We're looking for a Personnel and Procurement Officer to coordinate labour, plant, and site resources across multiple Lantrak projects. This role suits someone with an operational mindset, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As Lantrak's Personnel and Procurement Officer, you will manage the daily allocation and rostering of personnel across Lantrak sites, while ensuring the right equipment, materials, and amenities are in place to support operations.

You will work closely with both our internal teams and site supervisors, maintaining clear communication, keeping costs on track, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go, when it needs to get there.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roster and coordinate personnel in line with project and material movements.
  • Manage procurement of site requirements, including obtaining and comparing quotes.
  • Oversee cost management for amenities and site purchases.
  • Coordinate the movement of plant and equipment between sites.
  • Maintain strong supplier and workforce relationships.
  • Manage purchase orders, cost tracking, and data entry for reporting accuracy.
  • Communicate clearly between office and field teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
  • Be available for occasional on-call requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Background in operations, allocations, or logistics within civil, transport, or construction.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and solid time management.
  • Confidence using in-house systems and Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of plant movement or float coordination (advantageous).
  • 1–2 years of operational experience, with a view to grow into sales or broader business management.
