**About the role**:
Duties will include but not limited to
- Review and pre-authorise all branch invoices prior to processing in payables
- Coordinate and submit expense reimbursement sheets to accounts team for all Branch team members
- Oversee all Branch credit card usage and organise for approval as required
- Ensure facility is presented in line with company expectations and manage cleaning and garden/yard maintenance needs
- Open, maintain, invoice and close repair orders
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet customer at front of house
- Arrange and be key liaison for travel requirements for all Branch team members and other visitors as required. This includes booking flights, accommodation, car rental and any other travel needs
- Coordinate catering and other hospitality for visitors to the Branch
- Effectively communicate with co-workers
- Any other reasonable duties as required

**About you**:

- Current driver’s license
- Have good communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Health and Safety focused
- A strong work ethic - get the job done and exceed customer expectations
