**Description**

Reporting to the Member Marketing Lead, this 12-month contract will see you work as part of a dynamic team to deliver marketing campaigns to build a high impact and effective presence for RACQ. You will drive the delivery and optimization of personalized marketing strategies by leveraging data and technology to deliver individualized messages to identified audiences.

In this role you will:

- Contribute to the planning and development of marketing plans and strategies targeting RACQ members to deepen their relationship with and increase satisfaction with the brand
- Deliver effective, insight driven, and member-centric marketing campaigns and communication strategies to achieve business outcomes. This will include the design and production of marketing materials
- Work with agencies to optimise campaigns and identify potential campaign opportunities
- Forecast, manage and reconcile marketing campaign budgets
- Build valued relationships within marketing team and business stakeholders
- Track, measure and report campaign performance and report to relevant business stakeholders
- Support the Member Marketing Lead in designing and executing the longer-term personalised member marketing strategy for RACQ, with a focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, and retaining members

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications with a marketing major or similar
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Indesign, Photoshop, Content Management Systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar and Facebook Ads Manager
- Excellent written communication skills including copywriting
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships with agency partners and across the business
