The Job

You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging consistency, implement data-driven campaigns, and continuously refine marketing efforts through testing and analysis. Your ability to personalise customer experiences and leverage automation tools will be critical to driving long-term customer success and business growth.

What You’ll Do-
- Manage and implement monthly newsletters.Management of customer marketing database.- Manage bulk mailboxes and route incoming mail internally.- Manage promotional communications for our flagship event, Simprosium.- Support the development of a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to improve customer retention and expansion.- Utilize key customer data from customer personas, preferences, and behaviour patterns to personalize and optimize marketing communications.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, implementation, account management, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.- Implement A/B tests, analyze results and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets tailored to different customer journey stages.- Produce weekly performance and subscribership reports to present to key stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring- A minimum of 1-3 years experience in Hubspot.- Proven experience with lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.- Basic understanding of HTML.-
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong writing skills with close attention to grammar and spelling.- Data-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-
- Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations.- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.- Willingness to work global hours with our international offices.- A high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership.
