**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Optimisation Specialist, you will use data to execute and manage the personalisation strategies and digital tests to drive positive business and member experience outcomes. The successful applicant will maintain the website data layer, digital analytics management, and execute on the personalisation strategy.

The position offers flexible working arrangements, hybrid between home and offices on Edward Street, Eight Mile Plains, or fully remote based anywhere within Australia. Supporting a true work/life balance, creating more time for the people and things in your life that mean the most to you.

Please note this is an initial six-month fixed term contract, with strong likelihood to be made permanent, if proven successful.

**About you**

You will have 5-7-year experience working across agency and/or client side, a passion for personalisation, and you thrive on new ideas, collaboration and innovation
- Experience in testing methodologies including A/B and multivariate testing, and delivery to market
- Experience managing and implementing complex campaigns
- Experience in ad operations and ad traffic management
- Experience in managing or monitoring trigger-based marketing campaigns
- Sound knowledge of digital channel technologies and optimisation tools - HTML, CSS, Adobe Target, Optimize, Optimizely or other testing tool/s
- Knowledge of analytics and marketing tagging methods desired
- Strong teamwork ethos with the ability to develop rapport with stakeholders and CMS users
- Financial Services experience desirable, however not essential
- Demonstrated analytics and digital reporting experience
- Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Design or similar tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience as deemed suitable.
