Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Marketing and Content Coordinator Role which will encompass developing and creating effective strategies to grow and engage our audiences.

Your focus will be on achieving growth targets whilst being responsible for our online content including copywriting, design, scheduling, engagement, and website management.

The role encompasses both online and offline graphic design elements, including content creation for social media, menu design, signage, flyers, and other promotional material for the motels and restaurants.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality accommodation and dining experiences, and we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator (with Graphic Design experience) to help bring our brand to life.

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketer to develop and manage our digital marketing efforts and Graphic Design. This role requires expertise in social media content creation, digital advertising, and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms that align with our brand objectives
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn), including engagement with followers, to grow all accounts within the brand and encourage room and f&b bookings
• Monitor, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools
• Website management including adding new pages and/or properties to the website as we expand and SEO and keyword analysis for new blog posts – knowledge of wordpress essential
• Design eye-catching marketing materials for print and digital use including menus, flyers, signage and social media content using both Canva and Indesign
• Copywriting for monthly EDMs to current subscribers through Mailchimp and Zoho
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets
• Collaborate with motel managers to promote individual properties and restaurants

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, brand management and content creation
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and photo editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) as well as Canva
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling tools such as Facebook Meta and SmarterQueue
• (Beneficial) Knowledge of Wordpress and website management including google analytics
• Knowledge of email marketing programs such as Mailchimp
• Strong copywriting and research skills with attention to detail
• Experience with driving audience engagement and growth in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc
• (Beneficial) Experience in SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and analytics tools
• Interest in creating compelling videos for social media
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the accommodation and f&b industry is advantageous (but not essential)
