Seeking an experienced, energetic and self-motivated Accounts Officer to join a fast-growing property business on a contractual basis. You will be supporting the CFO and Board of Directors from an AP/AR/Administrative perspective.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Processing all accounts payable invoices and preparation of payments to Terms
- Ensuring the Delegated Authority Parameters are adhered to
- Corporate credit card and expense claim management
- Customer invoice creation and management of collections
- Bank Reconciliations
- Debt facility reconciliations
- Up to date filing of all accounts’ documentation
- Review and update of all supplier and customer Master Data including
- bank detail validation
- Ensuring received Tax Invoices are ATO compliant
- Project costing reconciliations
- Month end accruals and balance sheet reconciliations (eg:

- intercompany)
- BAS & PAYG preparation and lodgement
- Coordination of archiving and office filing activities
- Reception duties including mail, deliveries, visitor welcome and parking coordination
- Other general office and accounts duties such as tenancy matters

**Who you are**:

- Strong full-function Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate with Excel
- Working understanding of Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statements
- A solid understanding of reconciliation principles across bank, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers
