**About the Company**
Our client is a small, family-run business based in the heart of the CBD. They pride themselves on a very collaborative and supportive environment that accommodates their staff and offers a flexible working place. They are seeking an Accounts and Administration officer to help them on a part-time basis.

**About the Role**
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Monthly Debit and Credit card Reconciliation
- American Express statement reconciliation
- Telephone consolidation of monthly Telstra account
- Mail management
- Responding to queries relating to the accounts from Directors/s
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks and general running of the office

**About You**
- 2+ years of office-based accounts and administration experience
- Experience using MYOB preferred
- MS skills including Excel
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
