**About the Role**

As a **Client Manager**, you’ll play a key role in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of talented bookkeepers. You’ll be the strategic link between our clients and their financial clarity—ensuring accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique business needs
- Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers to ensure timely, high-quality work
- Oversee financial reporting, including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and client outcomes

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership and team management experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
