We are a recruitment agency in Sydney and we are looking to meet finance professionals with a background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Officers, Assistant Accountants, as well as Payroll professionals.

About the role
Contract role from 3-12 months, our client, a SME is based in Northern Sydney. They are looking for an accounts officer to keep precise records of incoming and outgoing payments for the organization. This will include arranging payment requests, making payments for services, verifying accounts payable and receivable, and researching financial account activity, among other duties. Office hours 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri

Skills and experience
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
A solid understanding of financial principles, accounting and bookkeeping
Outstanding attention to detail
Solid problem-solving skills and consistent quality of work
Great time management and efficient working practices
Flexibility mindset
