The Role
Complete a broad range of administrative tasks that include:
- supporting our team of 6 distribution staff in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane
- managing meeting calendars of the Copia Investment Managers
- arranging internal and external meetings including scheduling, sending meeting invitations, managing responses, booking meeting rooms, arranging catering and IT set up
- preparation of materials for meetings including preparing agendas and meeting packs, printing, collating and binding materials
- document preparation including typing of documents and correspondence according to company guidelines (i.e. brand compliance, formatting, proofreading materials for consistency, grammar and spelling)
- Coordinating team reporting of activity, pipeline, sales and reviews
- Chairing the Monday morning meeting and ensuring all action items are recorded and followed up
- assisting teams with any IT interruptions/issues
- work as part of the wider Distribution Team to assist with work overflow as required
- other office management duties as required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Previous experience supporting a finance team would be a bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Word, excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical and research skills
- Ability to work with a broad range of personality types in a professional manner.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
