Procare currently have an exciting opportunity for an** Accounts Officer** to join our Accounts division, based out of our **Parramatta** office You will be working closely with the wider Accounts team to ensure the efficient running of Procare's Accounts division.

**The Role**:

- Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes;
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations;
- Generating and sending remittance advice's and debtor chasing;
- Ensuring accurate data entry in the systems;
- Invoice payment follow up - liaising with relevant parties and recording of contact made;
- Making relevant queries on invoices or accounts and coordinating online or phone payments as required.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated accounts experience is desired;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
- Mature-minded, team attitude and ability to work independently;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
