**About the role**
Our client is looking for an energetic accounts support officer who has accounts payable and receivable experience, strong communication skills, is a team player and looking for a supportive team to work within. This is a permanent position and the office is located in Artarmon (with parking on-site).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- AP/AR
- Processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations & credit card reconciliations
- Supplier and customer account reconciliations
- Paying client payments via phone
- Issuing invoices, overdue payments
- Updating and maintaining customer accounts in the database
- Handling customer queries
- Other finance tasks

**The successful applicant will have**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- **Experience using Xero would be an advantage**:

- Previous experience in an accounts payable and/or receivable role
- A positive attitude and be a keen learner
