The opportunity:
A new opportunity now exists for a Digital CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team at AIA based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

This is an exciting time to join a growing business and a high performing team dedicated to making a real difference for our customers.

To do this successfully you will:
- Utilise marketing automation software to prepare, refine, build, and send a range of digital campaigns and customer communications- Optimise the triggered communications journey for AIA Vitality members- Produce monthly/quarterly reports for member engagement, interpreting rich data sets to uncover insights on our AIA Vitality membership base- Deliver targeted communications to a range of AIA customers and affiliates to drive customer lifetime value through engagement and retention- Effectively build and deliver campaigns by following a risk-minimisation framework and best practice- Experience in a digital or CRM marketing role in both B2B and B2C environments- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools preferably Marketo- The ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders- Strong attention to detail with sound analysis skills which allow you to provide meaning insights and feedback to stakeholders
