**Who they are really looking for?**
- Good knowledge of consumer behaviour sciences and marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge on how to measure and track product marketing performance and engagement
- Experience with CRM platforms like DotDigital
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven, use data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
- Strong account and project management
