What you’ll contribute to

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven CRM Specialist to join our National Marketing division in a Max Term role until 30th May 2026.

The National Marketing Division oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national marketing initiatives, including brand strategy, internal and external communications, digital marketing, public relations, and customer relationship management. Its goal is to position Toyota as the brand of choice for customers throughout the entire product lifecycle and beyond, while supporting sales volume, market share, and profitability objectives.

The CRM Specialist is mainly responsible for assisting in the implementation of systems, processes, and procedures that underpin digital marketing strategies, with a particular emphasis on Lead Management and CRM.

This role is in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.

How you’ll make an impact- Support new vehicle model launches by managing lead generation programs such as Register My Interest (RMI) and nurturing customer journeys during the pre-launch phase.- Assist in the execution of Lead Management marketing programs and projects aimed at generating high-quality leads for our dealer network.- Provide cross-functional support for Toyota’s CRM program, encompassing National Sales Offers, Finance Campaigns, and region-specific initiatives.- Deliver reporting, analysis, and presentations on a range of digital campaigns and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.- Support digital platforms in the team like Toyota Go, Track My Car, and Discover Your Toyota are specialized online tools designed to enhance customer engagement and experience:
- Toyota Go: A rewards platform where customers can sign up on a portal to earn and redeem rewards.- Track My Car: A portal that allows customers to track the logistics and delivery status of their vehicle before receiving it.- Discover Your Toyota: An educational platform providing customers with information and resources about their vehicles, helping them better understand features and maintenance.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, in CRM, project management, and digital marketing- Strong background in working with various marketing and digital agencies- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly advantageous
