**The Role**
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing activities that build brand awareness, drive engagement and increase sales through targeted digital and social campaigns
Responsibilities include:
- Executing digital activities and campaign management for both Residential and Commercial divisions.
- Website management through Content Management System (CMS) on WordPress. Includes product updates and researching / implementing new strategies to stay on trend
- Work closely with the Content Coordinator, Senior Designers to drive organic social media presence and create digital assets
- Working alongside our digital agency to implement and maintain SEO strategy and tactics, increasing search optimisation and organic ROI.
- Optimising social media and PPC campaigns.
- Maintaining CRM strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Utilising data and insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience using website CMS (ideally WordPress), MailChimp, Google Analytics and social media platforms.
- Sound understanding of current digital trends and emerging technologies
- Understanding and experience in Search Engine Optimisation
- Excellent editing and proofing skills.
- A passion/interest in interior design an advantage - you will be working with some beautiful products
- The ability to work comfortably and competently in a fast
- paced environment.
