**About Health Metrics**
Health Metrics provides a leading, high-growth, cloud-native, data-driven software solution for the Residential Aged Care, Retirement Village, Home Care and Disability Care sectors in Australia and New Zealand. The Company's flagship product is called eCase. It is an end-to-end, enterprise-wide resident management software solution, which manages all aspects of resident management including clinical (point of care), client management, medication management, billing and reporting.
It is an exciting time of change for the business. We have a newly appointed Executive Leadership team, including new CEO Paul Brindle and big plans for growth. We are in a strong position with support and backing from Tanarra Capital.
Our purpose is to enable the sustainable provision of aged care and disability care by our customers to society.
We are currently looking for a Digital CRM Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are based in Heatherton in Melbourne, and offer hybrid working options. We do need someone Melbourne based for the role.
**What you’ll be working on**
You will be supporting marketing activity across the Health Metrics business and eCase software platform.
**What team you will sit in**
You will sit in the Marketing Team, reporting into the Head of Marketing.
**What you’ll do to be successful in the role**
- Work independently to build a high-quality marketing database for each of our markets
- Execute digital campaigns to the relevant audiences in line with the marketing plan
- Deliver accurate and timely CRM reporting to support decision-making
- Have a can do attitude, and be willing to work in an environment where you will need to be adaptable to the needs of a scaling business

**Experience we need from you**
- Prior experience working as a Digital CRM Marketing Coordinator
- Hubspot or equivalent CRM administration experience
- EDM campaign administration experience
- Marketing database administration
- Virtual event administration using Zoom or similar platform
- Industry events experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks within a timeframe
