About the role
Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising Manager, this exciting new role combines technical CRM expertise with marketing and fundraising and plays a key part in enhancing the effectiveness of headspace's CRM, critical for the next phase of growth for the organisation.
Initially this role's primary focus will be supporting the fundraising team (specifically contributing to the implementation of a new fundraising CRM), and over time will expand to support CRM and campaign capability across the broader marketing function, contributing to whole-of-organisation growth.
The role works closely with the Fundraising and Digital Marketing teams to deliver tailored, data-led engagement and reporting and with the Digital and Technology Services team for technical aspects.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary CRM contact for the Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising team and contribute to the discovery, testing and implementation of a new fundraising CRM.
- Maintain supporter and donor data as well as develop and manage segmentation, tagging and supporting journey workflows.
- Create and execute campaign communications in partnership with digital marketing, communications and fundraising teams.
- Build and maintain CRM dashboards, track and report on campaign performance, analyse supporter behaviour and provide insights to inform campaign design.
- Work closely and maintain strong relationships with the headspace Digital and Technology Services, Brand and Marketing, Services Marketing, IT, Participation and volunteering teams.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience using and managing CRM systems in a fundraising, marketing, or supporter engagement environment.
- Experience with copywriting, designing and deploying EDMs using a CRM platform to engage and retain supporters.
- Proven experience extracting and interpreting data, data segmentation, supporter journey mapping and campaign audience targeting.
- Excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- A willingness and ability to learn new digital tools, adapt to platform changes and support others in using CRM systems effectively.
- A strong commitment to headspace's mission, values, and youth mental health.
