**The Role**:
An iconic Australian retail brand is on the hunt for a CRM specialist that will be responsible for the customer lifecycle and loyalty for two of their amazing brands. The role will see you working across the Australian and global market and building CRM strategies that engage and grow the customer database to ensure company success and progression. This an extremely exciting time for the business, particularly within the Digital team, as you will be at the forefront of their global ecommerce expansion and re-platform project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement CRM Strategies in conjunction with working closely to support the Head of Digital
- Manage customer loyalty program
- Customer journey mapping to ensure company is creating new opportunities of growth
- Develop CRM programs and campaigns and drive this across the business
- Build and increase database
- Manage affiliate programs and framework globally

**Ideally you will have**:

- You will bring 2-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a fashion retail environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of backend configuration.
- Previous experience managing customer databases and segments
- You will bring proven problem solving skills and understanding of data and data segmentation
- Great communication and customer focus, you love working in close knit and collaborative teams
