Our Marketing team has a brilliant opportunity for a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to join the team The engine room of our Marketing team, this position will be responsible for the CRM and Kogan First customer experience through the successful creation of customer journeys and effective analysis.
Reporting to our Marketing Manager, this role is accountable for building targeted customer journeys through segmentation to ensure our customers have a personalised shopping experience. **In this role you'll be responsible for**:
- Successfully set up, schedule & deploy blast and automated customer journeys and campaigns within our CRM platforms
- Building customer loyalty journeys for Kogan First loyalty program, and nurture growth through CRM initiatives
- Assisting with managing project delivery timelines to align with Company roadmap
- Creating customer segments across a number of Marketing platforms including but not limited to ESP, CDP and Facebook, using built-in interfaces and SQL
- Analyse data and prepare reports on CRM & loyalty program performance, to drive improvements and positive customer and business outcomes
- Ensure the compliance and management of customer details are handled with absolute care and in line with regulatory requirements. Continually explore and implement new CRM features to ensure an exceptional customer experience
**To be successful in this role, you should be**:
- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Analytics, Communications or similar)
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in; CRM and Loyalty, Digital Marketing, or CX functions; preferably in a Retail, eCommerce or a fast paced, customer centric environment
- Experience in the following systems will be highly regarded; SQL, Responsys Oracle, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Everest Validity (or other deliverability platforms), Facebook Ad Manager or Google Analytics
- Customer centric and always keeping the customer at the forefront of business decisions to drive an exceptional experience
- An exceptional communicator, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Highly analytical and ready to delve into data - you'll be working in the detail and making recommendations on what you find
- Able to multitask effectively - we expect you to juggle 50 different tasks at once without dropping the ball (we're not kidding)
- Inquisitive and ready to be challenged - we're not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver a superior product
