About the role
As CRM Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on customer lifecycle and engagement strategies across the full journey, from onboarding through to long-term retention. This role blends creativity and data, giving you the chance to design communications that educate, engage, and drive customer loyalty across multiple channels.
You'll be responsible for building automated journeys, personalising campaigns, and optimising how customers interact with the platform. Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
- Identify and address customer drop-off points with targeted messaging and retention strategies
- Configure and optimise journeys, segments, and automation within CRM systems
- Create and manage lifecycle flows, from initial set-up to ongoing optimisation
- Measure and analyse performance against KPIs, using A/B testing and insights to improve results
- Lead content distribution for regular customer communications, ensuring relevance and engagement
- Support new product launches and campaigns with tailored lifecycle messaging plans
- Maintain and evolve templates, segments, and automation logic to ensure scalability
What we're looking for
- 6 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement roles
- Strong background in start-up, scale-up, or fast-growing consumer environments, bonus points if it is tech/fintech experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms
- Ability to balance strategy and execution, from campaign set-up to crafting customer copy
- Analytical mindset with confidence in using data and testing frameworks to guide decisions
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, agile environment
