**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a great role for someone who enjoys all types of process related duties with high attention to detail. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break for a fixed term contract period of 12 months to cover someone on parental leave.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting registration checks on assets prior to sale
- Entering data from forms provided by stakeholders into our specialised auction system
- Creating work orders via our system to arrange OHS inspections on assets prior to sale via an external provider
- Produce pre and post sale reporting efficiently and accurately
- Allocating assets from our stock on hand lists to the correct auction channel in conjunction with our sales teams to produce the best results for our clients
- Allocating & processing assets for auction and other sale events
- Problem solving and investigation of issues relating to the above
- Assisting the team leader with day to day team organisation
- Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements
- Communicating to both internal stakeholders to create a positive outcome for our clients
- Ensuring all auction related internal KPI’s are met

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in an administration position
- Understanding of trucks/machinery/equipment or experience working in a similar role or industry will be highly advantageous
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
