Join the team at PURE ENVIRONMENTAL as an Inside Sales Coordinator. In this full-time position based in Bibra Lake, WA 6163, you will play a key role in supporting the company's sales efforts and driving customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare sales quotes and assist in tender preparation
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining customer records within the CRM
  • Identify new sales opportunities within your network and through research and monitoring of online tender platforms
  • Assist in digital marketing through various social media and search engines
  • Promote Pure Environmental to prospective customers via digital outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, ideally within the waste management and industrial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
  • Exposure to marketing and digital marketing channels such as Adwords, Facebook & Linkedin
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
