About Us

Go Doors, a proud member of the Record / Assa Abloy Group, is one of Western Australia’s leading providers of automatic doors, roller doors, gates, and related solutions. We specialise in supplying and installing industry-leading brands across the commercial sector and hold multiple contracts with both government and private organisations. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and proactive Service Coordinator.

**The Opportunity**

Join a collaborative and supportive team of Service Coordinators where your role will be vital to the smooth delivery of our services. In this fast-paced, varied position, you'll play a central role in managing customer enquiries, scheduling technicians, preparing quotes, and ensuring parts are sourced efficiently. On-the-job training is provided to help you succeed in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate service jobs and schedule field technicians
- Handle incoming service calls and customer enquiries
- Prepare quotes and liaise with clients and contractors
- Manage preventive maintenance contracts and service requests
- Source parts and assist with project coordination
- Maintain accurate records using company systems

**About You**

We’re looking for a motivated and organised professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

**You will have**:

- Proven experience in a scheduling, administration, or coordination role
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- The ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Good technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience in service-based industries such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar
- Familiarity with simPRO or comparable job management software
