Are you an experienced and very organised Field Service Coordinator looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently looking for a new team member for our client in Bibra Lake. Our client specialises in the sale, hire and service support of material handling equipment.

Hours of work are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

The role:

- You will laise with the WA Operations Manager and State Manager in relation to the overall Service, Parts and Rental Department and day to day duties include:

- Arrange and schedule service jobs for the Field Service team on a daily basis;
- Receive, log and prioritise service calls;
- Communicate with customers on status of service calls and job progress;
- Schedule preventative maintenance servicing (overflow from Service Admin);
- Parts planning in conjunction with the Spare Parts Coordinator;
- Co-ordinate subcontractors for internal and external service support;
- Target a 2-hour KPI time or less for field service technicians to attend urgent breakdowns;
- Maximize service technician utilisation;
- Provide service sales quotations;
- Support the Parts Coordinator as required;
- Maintain and increasing Retail (Customer Owned Equipment) Service Customers;
- Ensure all Service Staff & Technicians Trade Licenses, Safety Cards, First Aid, Site Inductions etc, are kept updated and renewed when necessary;
- Ensure Service Department & Staff comply with requirements of the WA OH&S Act and associated regulations including maintaining compliance with MLA’s Quality Assurance Certification;
- Ensure after Hours Service is managed and available for all service customers;
- Ensure Manufacturers Warranty Claims are process within required time frame;
- Comply with any requirements of the WHS Act and associated regulations:

- Other duties as instructed by the Operations and State Manager.
- Experience in the coordination of sale/hire of mobile equipment is highly regarded
- Work well under pressure
- Work well in a team environment
- Very organised and dedicated
- Must live within 30 min. from Bibra Lake
- Hold Australian unrestricted working rights
- Hold current drivers licence and have transport to get to work
- Can pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
