**About the role**
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Team Coordinator, Member Services** you will provide quality managerial, administrative and secretarial support to relevant Heads Of and their business units.
The Team Coordinator models Australian Retirement Trusts cultural and behaviours and exerts their influence to achieve timely and accurate outcomes through enduring relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Provide professional and confidential office management support to the relevant Heads of and their respective business unit.
- Coordinate the administration of business unit related financial, HR, payroll, compliance training and management reporting to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage budgeting and account reconciliation (corporate card), arrange invoice approval and purchases of training, stationery, and gifts.
- Arrange staff training, registrations, events, travel and accommodation arrangements as required
- Provide guidance, data, assistance and advice to other business units related matters.
This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Proven ability to successfully manage sensitive and time critical administrative and reporting functions;
- Proven ability to work under pressure meeting tight timeframes;
- Ability to exercise sound and correct judgment with mínimal supervision,
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Sharepoint, or the ability to quickly acquire these skills;
- Resilience, enthusiasm and a professional attitude;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to spelling, grammar and presentation;
- Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and operate within tight deadlines
