**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a **Team Coordinator**, you’ll be the heartbeat of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Day to day, you'll:

- Provide professional and confidential office management support to the relevant GM’s and their business unit.
- Coordinate the administration of business unit related financial, HR, payroll, compliance training and management reporting to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate the timely preparation and submission of regular papers and presentations coming from the business unit.
- Organise and schedule meetings, events and activities.
- Arrange staff training, registrations, events, travel and accommodation arrangements as required.

It goes without saying you're a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. You're super organised, making sure all tasks are on track and deadlines are met. Your flexibility and problem-solving skills help you tackle any challenges that come up. With a positive attitude, you bring the team together, creating a supportive and productive atmosphere.
- You successfully manage sensitive and time critical administrative and reporting functions.
- You make well informed decisions with mínimal supervision.
- You have good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have excellent oral and written skills with high attention to spelling, grammar and presentation.
