As our client portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for a hands-on State In-Field Team Leader to help support our growing Queensland operations.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in supporting and coordinating our in-field merchandising team throughout Queensland.

You'll be in stores regularly, ensuring quality standards are met, supporting team members, and working closely with clients and head office to deliver outstanding retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-the-ground support and leadership to field merchandisers across Queensland.
  • Complete scheduled client visits across stores including Bunnings, Anaconda, and other national retailers.
  • Ensure all field tasks are performed accurately using the ATeam app, including merchandising, ticketing, and stock updates.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy, task completion, and compliance across your region.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new field representatives.
  • Communicate weekly with the operations team and contribute to planning and performance improvements.
  • Help coordinate rostering, territory coverage, and reporting requirements.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience in field merchandising, team leadership, or retail operations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence using mobile apps and reporting tools.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering results.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel required).
