Team Coordinator – Executive Support (6-Month Contract)

  • Location: George Street, Brisbane  |
  • Full-Time/ on-site role: ASAP Interview and start
  • Hourly rate: $65-68ph plus super

We're looking for a dynamic and organised Team Coordinator to support three high-performing General Managers across Technology Operations, Enablement Risk, and Information Security. This is a 6-month temporary contract to backfill a newly created role, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar and meeting management for 3 GMs.
  • Coordinate team events, functions, catering, and travel.
  • Liaise with senior managers while focusing on GM-level support.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and board papers.
  • Manage internal documentation, registers, and SharePoint systems.
  • Support budgeting, invoice approvals, and corporate card reconciliation.

About You:

  • Strong admin and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and SharePoint; Tech1 experience a bonus.
  • Background in financial services, technology, or regulatory environments preferred.
  • Professional yet easy-going – polished but not overly formal.

Additional Info:

  • No overtime expected; flexible start/finish times.
  • WFH available depending on GM schedules.
  • Police check and other checks will be required.
  • Immediate start preferred.
