Your Exciting Role

As a key player in our team, you'll be at the forefront of nurturing field opportunities, enlightening customers about the numerous advantages of Salary Packaging.

Your role will also involve building and maintaining robust relationships across the board, including with senior people in Government, Not for Profit, and the Corporate sector. You'll dazzle with your exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every interaction aligns with our company's high Net Promoter Score (NPS). Additionally, you'll identify and seize cross-selling opportunities, manage our customer management systems with finesse, and actively participate in team meetings and events.

Working on the Move

This is not an office based role. You will spend your days visiting our customers across different locations, helping them understand and access the full value of their salary packaging and novated leasing benefits. You will travel between client sites, engage face-to-face with employees, and build strong relationships through genuine human connection. Every day will be different, giving you the chance to work independently, meet new people, and represent a trusted brand.

Who You Are

You bring a wealth of experience in sales and customer service, ideally in Salary Packaging, Novated Leasing, or Financial Services. However, if you don't have direct experience, your genuine self-starter attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will set you apart.

Your exceptional time management and multitasking skills, combined with your keen eye for detail and target-driven approach, make you a standout candidate. You are customer-focused, always striving for positive outcomes for both the customer and our company.

Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate ideas clearly, and your willingness to travel and work collaboratively in a supportive team environment make you the perfect fit for this role.
