Join us as a Team Coordinator (Governance and Executive) where you will provide administrative support to the governance team and executive leaders including meeting management, travel arrangements, financial requirements for purchase orders and reconciliation, document management, administering compliance training and coordinating day to day activities for the health, safety and wellbeing team.

  • You are an experienced administrator/coordinator and pride yourself on your exceptional customer service and are passionate about helping others.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable to work across the MS Office suite and learn new technologies for financial reconciliations and travel bookings.
  • You enjoy the variety that supporting multiple team members provides and are great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of many diverse backgrounds. To thrive in this environment, you have exceptional time management skills enabling you to prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • You have an eye for detail and a lens for continuous improvement and looking for innovative solutions to streamline and enhance processes.
  • You are resilient and enjoy working within a small team environment to achieve outstanding results.
