About the role
We’re seeking a Team Coordinator who will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager Delivery and Head of Performance and Enablement, ensuring smooth operations across the business unit through coordination, communication, and adaptability.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Provide support General Manager Delivery and Head of Performance and Enablement, and their teams providing administrative assistance and will be responsible for a range of administrative support functions across the business unit.-
- Coordinate meetings across different states, preparing presentations, reports and collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders- Support teams in onboarding new staff, including technology and set up of systems as well as coordination of induction-related activities- Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly across different areas of the business unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations to meet deadlines- Provide logístical support for cyclical events such as Half Year or Full Year Performance reviews, Employee Survey Action Plans, Team Meetings, etc.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confident demeanour and diplomacy with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels- Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time-
- High level of maturity and professional presentation- Excellent report production and presentation production skills- Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
