**Our Opportunity**

This exciting entry level step into the world of fashion retail and will be providing administrative and communication support to our newly appointed National Retail Operations Manager for Sportsgirl.

Utilising your strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, your love of fashion coupled with your ‘can-do’ attitude and hands-on approach will support your success in this head office based role.

You will be an important partner and effective liaison across the Sportsgirl team, building strong relationships with the National Retail Operations Manager, Leadership team and Business Managers.

This fast paced and varied role requires a strong customer service approach as well as solid time management and administration capabilities.

This is a part time role, working either 3 or 4 days per week.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- General administration to support the National Retail Operations Manager including booking & organising meetings
- Prepare seasonal calendars to reflect events, key travel etc
- Expenditure Management - working with the NROM on forecasting seasonal expense budget
- Communication of all budgets, to BMs and Stores
- Reconcile credit card for NROM
- Booking travel as required
- Source appropriate accommodation for NROM as required- Previous experience in an administration support role within fashion retail environment preferred- Sound knowledge and proficiency in MS Suite Excel/Outlook/Word- Experience in managing administration tasks- A proactive, collaborative and adaptable nature- Strong communication and relationship building skills- Ability to work within competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly
