**THE OPPORTUNITY...**

We have an exciting **flexible part time** opportunity for a **Retail Operations Coordinator** to join our passionate and dynamic Retail Operations team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Acting as the first point of contact for Retail enquiries from the wider team and external stakeholders
- Deliver AMAZING support to the retail state, regional and store teams
- Analyse and improve retail operational activities though key projects and initiatives
- Process ad-hoc purchases for our Retail stores for supplies and materials including stationery and equipment
- Coordinate distribution of retail communication and training materials, documentation, and delivery. This includes content across various digital channels
- Support retail team and other head office departments with the coordination of opening, closing and store relocations
- Support event coordination where required
- Maintain the Retail Planner with all promotions and activities
- Consult and coach retail teams on training initiatives where required

**OUR NEXT RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Retail industry in a similar position
- Excellent organisational, prioritising and time management skills
- Demonstrated multi-tasking experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical, numerate, accurate with a strong attention to detail
- Flexible
- Reliable
- Staying calm in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful
- Experience providing administrative support at an elevated level
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects
