About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Team Leader, we are seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team as a Retail Operations Coordinator. This role will provide support to the Retail Operations team through general administrative tasks, including being the point of contact for our retail store teams, answering all queries about planned and unplanned maintenance services.

This will be a 12 month maternity leave contract role, located at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support as required to the Retail Leadership Team
- Organise planned and unplanned maintenance services
- Answer Priority One (Emergency Store Maintenance Phone Hotline) Calls

Skills and Experience:

- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, happy to help no matter how big or small the task
- Ability to stay calm and polite in all situations and provide outstanding customer service
- Exceptional communication skills, time management and MS Office Skills
- Ability to be flexible with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Retail experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded
