An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team at Brandbank.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Assistant Manager, this entry-level role will assist in day-to-day coordination and management of retail operational activities. This includes but is not limited to day-to-day operations / store admin, assigned project work, process & continuous improvement, creating field communications including weekly trade updates, and managing general communication flow/portals to retail.

**THE ROLE**:

- Organise and maintain a file management system
- Compile and complete the weekly trade update for retail stores
- Continue to update, develop and utilise the Brand Hub pages on SharePoint, ensuring that resources are accessible and the platforms support business needs and strategy.
- Measure, report and communicate SharePoint engagement levels and present ideas to continue increase this.
- Complete monthly summaries to retail leaders on new process and or retail learning and development analytics data
- Manage the Brandbank Retail Operations inbox to support store queries
- Manage consumable platforms and provide expenditure and usage insights where necessary

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ experience providing administrative support at a high level
- Demonstrated experience working in retail stores and head office-based environments, ideally.
- Previous experience in contributing to or coordinating projects
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint & SharePoint
- Experience with Canva or InDesign will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn with a process improvement mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- 5 days on-site at our St Kida Rd offices.
