**About the Role**
A key member of the Talent team, the purpose of this role is as a brand ambassador for Endeavour & ALH.

The role is responsible for creating sustainable partnerships with business leaders to understand current and future strategic plans and capability, creating prioritised & sequenced attraction and sourcing plans and programs to attract and engage the best and critical &/or scarce talent segments to deliver Endeavour’s strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Talent Manager Hotels you will provide support within our People Team.
Your key responsibilities include:

- You will support our business by providing attraction, sourcing, talent and market insights while partnering closely with our innovative recruiters and business leaders.
- Responsible for partnering with the business using data and insights to develop sustainable talent demand forecast plans & building attraction and sourcing plans to attract top talent
- Responsible for championing with the leaders to co create & implement diversity and inclusion approaches and plans for hiring top talent

**About You**
You are a data driven, flexible partner who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment. Your past experience and proven success working in a full life cycle talent acquisition function will ensure your success in this role.
- Ability to communicate our brand and create great experience for hiring leaders and new team
- You’re creative in your approach to TA and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques and the ability to communicate these clearly and succinctly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for People & Culture & Talent
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Eager to learn and grow within Endeavour Group
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive can do attitude that complements being part of a small team whilst working well in a broader organisation
- Experience with drinks, hospitality and retail industry
