**About the Opportunity**
In this newly created role, you will act as a brand ambassador for Careers at Endeavour Group. You will be responsible for creating sustainable partnerships and programs to attract and engage the best and critical / scare talent segments.
- Develop the recruitment internal and external program calendar for Career Pathways for key talent segments including but not limited to early and emerging careers, mid level careers and diversity and inclusion careers
- Exposure to handling the Graduate budget, completing procurement, and ensuring we have measures of success to create value for the business
- Responsible for using market insights to create sustainable talent segments, pools and pipelines in innovative and creative ways building long term partnerships both internally & externally
- Communicate the Endeavour Group narrative, ambition & culture and act as a brand ambassador through all channels of sourcing and partnering including but not limited to Careers Fairs and Networking events
- Build value creation sustainable partnerships with the business and external partners by fostering a human centered listening approach to your ways of working
- Promote and support a data-driven talent acquisition approach through sharing market insights and trends
- Responsible for partnering with the hiring leaders to co create & implement diversity and inclusion plans for hiring top talent

- **Co Creating Diversity & Inclusion strategies & implementing plans with the business for hiring top talent**:
- **Adaptive to a fast paced environment with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities**:
- **Experience in using market insights to create sustainable talent segments, pools and pipelines in innovative and creative ways building long term partnerships**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail**:
- **Experience with drinks, hospitality, data, technology, digital and retail industry highly regarded**:
