**About the role**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Experience & Capability Partner to join our team as we continue on our transformation journey.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Inclusion & Team Experience, this role will work closely with the One Endeavour Transformation program and People teams to develop and deliver effective team experience and capability interventions aligned to the Transformation People Strategy, business strategy, and best practice.
**What you’ll do**:
With a focus on leading key elements within the people strategy that connect with the scope of the transformation program in our people structure, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end management of team experience and capability initiatives for the One Endeavour Transformation program, including but not limited to:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design, build and launch an onboarding process and ways of working to support both new starters and internal transfers/ SMEs joining the One Endeavour Transformation program.
- Lead the design, build and launch of a listening plan to support the understanding of the OET team’s experience at work (aligned to Endeavour Group’s listening strategy)
- Partner with the program teams to identify risks and opportunities related to wellbeing, then co-design and deliver initiatives to meet the need. Examples may include listening sessions, leader upskilling, education sessions, and initiatives to mitigate burnout risk.
- Design and develop/identify existing capability uplift & recognition programs and, where applicable, deliver them to meet common gaps and aspirations, (this may include embedding existing recognition platforms to celebrate success).
- Work with our leaders and communications team to ensure that offerings are well communicated.
- Establish controls and measures to embed and track the effectiveness of interventions/programs.
- Measure progress and create insights to inform future strategies.
- Partner with external providers to source quality and timely learning solutions as required.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Endeavour Group Capability and Team Experience strategy
**Who you are?**
You are someone who has a genuine interest in people's growth, development, and well-being. A continuous improvement mindset to refine strategies and offerings based on feedback and insights
You possess the ability to influence stakeholders through data and insight to understand the importance and value of team experience and capability initiatives and support their delivery and evolution. You are also adaptable, agile, and navigate through dynamic and ever changing situations.
You have a solid background in working on large-scale transformational programs and are familiar with the intricacies of understanding and managing Team experience and identifying, building, delivering and evolving capability initiatives at scale. You are curious, authentic and have proven experience in building sustainable stakeholder relationships, collaborating effectively, and managing different perspectives to deliver outcomes.
**You’ll also have**:
- Experience operating in a complex matrix structure is essential
- Ability to utilise data and insights to tell a compelling narrative
- Strong experience in a Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or HR Business Partnering role
- Proven experience in business partnering with the ability to build rapport and partner with key internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Experience in identifying solutions to business performance challenges and people needs, and developing solutions and learning programs to meet them
