**Head of Partnerships | Strategy**

**The Role**

As the Head of Partnerships you will lead a team that is focused on managing and delivering value from Endeavour’s current and future strategic partnerships.

You will provide strategic thought leadership in partnerships, including driving a focus on growth and value creation within our partnership with Woolworths, and through identifying new commercial partnering opportunities. At the same time, you will maintain rigorous management of transitional arrangements, and ensure any future commercial partnerships are set up for operational success. You will continue to develop and evolve the operating model of the partnership function within Endeavour to support these outcomes.

**What you’ll do**
- Assist Partnership Leads in managing the commercial relationships with Woolworths
- Manage and govern existing Woolworths partnerships, including managing the overall relationship with Woolworths, monitoring partnership performance, and managing overall governance
- Develop and maintain a holistic view and plan for Woolworths Partnerships including
- Provide strategic thought leadership in partnership growth—identify and evaluate future partnering opportunities (with Woolworths or other potential partners), aligned to Endeavour’s group and growth strategies, and ensure any future commercial partnerships are set up for operational success
- Manage relationships with a large number of key stakeholders including: Woolworths GET members; Endeavour ELT members; Endeavour Transformation; Endeavour Technology; Business senior leadership teams; capability senior leadership teams; Transformation Technology; External consultancies, etc

**About You**
- Proven deep experience in an area that requires strong commercial and business acumen: finance, strategy, consulting, commercial-focused legal are preferred backgrounds
- Exceptional ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership team
- Outstanding written and oral communication with an ability to quickly achieve outcomes in complex environments
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Outstanding academic record and social achievements
- Retail / consumer market experience preferred
