**About the Role**

Endeavour Group is expanding its Procurement function to continue to support our business in procuring all our Non Trade Goods and Services. As a Category Manager within the Procurement team you will play a key role in leading and delivering category strategies, commercial cost optimisation activities with focus on supplier management and continuous improvement, partnering with business functions.

Value will be delivered through running sourcing activities and negotiations, scope / specification review and demand management. You will enjoy using your interpersonal skills, customer and outcome focus to not just solve problems on paper, but drive solutions through to implementation. An amazing business partner with ability to influence & gain credibility with senior stakeholders and project teams.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Understanding the Endeavour business and cost drivers and in collaboration with business partners, create category strategies and plans to deliver sustainable value
- Influencing and mobilising key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
- Extracting insights from complex analysis
- Influencing decisions and through clear communications and presentations
- Running sourcing activities and supplier negotiation
- Develop, implement and manage vendor performance metrics, documents and reporting as part of a Supplier Relationship Management plan (metrics, compliance, continuous improvement plans)
- Anticipate and execute contract-based opportunities
- Support Supplier Diversity programs and activities

**About you**

You will be an experienced Category Manager with experience working collaboratively to deliver Procurement activities. You will have a successful track record in delivering quality outcomes and have demonstrated the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years Procurement experience
- Have successfully developed, executed and managed category and sourcing strategies within non trade Procurement.
- An effective negotiator, communicator and people influencer, able to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- A strategic thinker with commercial acumen, you are able to navigate complex environments with ease.
- Are curious and willing to challenge
- Have the desire to learn, develop and grow within the team
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Membership of a Procurement affiliated body highly desirable
