**About the Opportunity**

A unique opportunity to join a passionate and growing design team to bring to life world class store and hotel environments that reflect each brand’s strategic direction. As the Endeavour portfolio continues to evolve with the ever changing market, this role is pivotal in bringing together all aspects of the Brand framework to formulate the implementation strategy within the built environment.

**A day in the life of a Design Manager at Endeavour**
- Be the key conduit across all brand teams into the Format Development function.
- Interpretation of the brand strategy and principles in order to bring to life the various brands within the physical environment across Dan Murphy’s, BWS, ALH Hotels and ALH Accommodation.
- Establish and drive the ongoing development of processes and ways of working
- Responsible for the production and ongoing management of Brand & Specification Guidelines, working closely with the various teams to ensure alignment with their respective strategies.
- Ensuring all brand strategies are delivered with consistency, at a high quality with consideration of commercial constraints.
- Ensure the Design Team understands and implements ongoing updates and improvements to the various brand guidelines as brands evolve their strategies.
- Work closely with the wider Format teams including Property, Construction, Operations and Merchandising to ensure complete alignment across all brand strategy execution
- Opportunity to present to the various brand leadership teams and peers via clear and conscious verbal and written presentations

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 3+ years design/design management industry experience managing/leading store designs
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Graphic Design or any related disciplines
- Strong design and project management skills
- Excels in stakeholder and relationship management both internal and external
- Positive self motivated team player
- Driven by the success of the team and project delivery
- Innovative and creative mindset
- Remains composed and resilient under pressure
